LEGAL
Terms of Service
The terms governing your use of our platform and services.
1. Eligibility
Our platform is exclusively available to registered businesses (B2B). By creating an account, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of your company and that your business is legally registered in your jurisdiction.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Each account is tied to a verified business entity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
3. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in EUR and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT is applied based on your business location and VAT registration status. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All sales of digital software licenses are final — refunds are provided only if a license key is proven defective or undeliverable.
4. Software Licenses
All Microsoft software licenses sold through our platform are genuine and sourced from authorized channels. Each license includes proof-of-entitlement documentation. Licenses are non-transferable unless explicitly stated. We provide full audit-trail documentation for compliance purposes.
5. Limitation of Liability
We provide licenses and documentation as-is. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of purchased software. Microsoft product support is provided by Microsoft directly.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the business relationship at any time. Upon termination, your account will be deactivated but transaction records will be retained as required by law. Outstanding orders will be fulfilled.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Utrecht, the Netherlands. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply.
