We collect information you provide when registering a business account, placing orders, or contacting us. This includes company name, business email, billing address, VAT number, and payment details processed securely through Stripe. We also collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, and usage patterns through cookies and analytics.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to process orders and deliver licenses, manage your B2B account, provide customer support, send transactional emails (order confirmations, license keys, invoices), improve our platform, and comply with legal obligations including VAT reporting and audit requirements.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for secure data storage, email service providers for transactional communications, and government authorities when required by law (e.g., tax reporting).
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. No third-party advertising cookies are used. Analytics cookies help us understand platform usage and are anonymized where possible.
5. Data Retention
Account data is retained for the duration of your active account. Transaction records and invoices are retained for 7 years as required by Dutch tax law. You may request deletion of non-legally-required data at any time.
6. Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. You may also object to processing or request restriction. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@microsoftsupplier.com. We will respond within 30 days.
